Samaritan’s Purse is Threatened by Atheist Group to Stop Operation Christmas Child

Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

A humanist organization is threatening lawsuits against two public schools for their participation in Operation Christmas Child, a project of evangelist Franklin Graham’s international Christian relief organization Samaritan’s Purse that seeks to deliver Christmas toys to needy children throughout the world.

The American Humanist Association recently sent letters to two public elementary schools, one in South Carolina and one in Colorado, threatening legal action if they continue participating in Operation Christmas Child, which delivers thousands of shoe boxes stuffed with gifts to needy children throughout the world every year during the holidays. Along with containing small gifts, the shoe boxes also include a small note inviting recipients to join in Christianity. The American Humanist Organization argues that Operation Christmas Child’s commitment to “[sharing] the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ” means that public schools in the U.S. should not participate in the program.  More on this article>

I fail to see how they can call this a humanist organization as there is nothing human or moral about it. The Lord has warned us against such evil thus, it is a form of persecution the Bible speaks about.

Atheists would have you believe that they despise all religions and faith of any kind and yet, they are a religion themselves and operate under the faith of Darwinism. I full agree with a comment made on this article:

The First Amendment of the United States Constitution: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”  While you are correct that this also applies to the State Legislatures through the 14th Amendment, you miss interpret the words. The 1st Amendment does not prohibit the “establishment of religion”, but rather it prohibits the creation of LAWS respecting the establishment of religion.
Because the school district, though a government entity (which I would argue is a violation of the Constitution itself), has not the authority to perform the action which the 1st Amendment explicitly prohibits, it is incapable of violating the Constitution in this manner.

This reminds me of the Muslim brotherhood who despise anything related to God and His love. And yet, public officials that could do something about it, simply set by and do nothing.

Children are the closest thing to God and Jesus as Matthew 19:14 says – New International Version
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

As far as “The 7th Day Return Of The Lord” site – We beg to differ!
