Clashes have erupted between Israeli forces and worshipers at the al-Aqsa mosque (sacred Islamic site)  compound in occupied East Jerusalem after noon prayers.

Israeli forces raided the mosque compound and fired stun grenades on Friday, while dozens of worshipers threw stones and chanted: “We sacrifice our blood and souls for you Aqsa”.

One man was wounded and treated inside the mosque compound.

The imam of the mosque, Mohamed Hussian, condemned the violence at one of Islam’s holiest sites – known to Jews as Temple Mount.

“It is a clear violation which is rejected by all the religions and the international laws,” he said.

“It is a violation against al-Aqsa mosque and the Israeli authorities are responsible, because they order their soldiers to raid the mosque violently, they are responsible for all what is happening in Al-Aqsa mosque.”

Israeli police spokesperson Micky Rosenfeld said police had responded after stones were thrown at them.

“After the Friday prayers on the Temple Mount there were stones that were thrown by number of asked Palestinians toward police officers that were located at the Mughrabi area which is just outside the Temple Mount,” he said.  More>

From B Harmon Contributor:

This article almost suggests that the Israeli police were in some way responsible but that was not the case.    It is nothing more than the Palestinian’s causing the uprising and blaming once again the Israeli police who in fact were called to the scene in the first place.   There has never been a land called Palestine nor is there a Palestinian language. They are in fact just another group of Arabs. The name Palestine was given to the region by the Romans who were trying to do away with the Jews and Israel.

It wasn’t until the Romans crushed the second Jewish revolt against Rome in 135 AD under Bar Kochba that Emperor Hadrian gave the term Palestine to the Land of Israel. Hadrian replaced the shrines of the Jewish Temple and the Sepulchre of Christ in Jerusalem with temples to pagan deities. He changed the name of Israel and Judea to Palestine which was not accidental. He intentionally used the ancient enemies of Israel, the Philistines, Latinized it to Palestine and applied it to the Land of Israel. His aim was to erase the name of Israel forever.

The scriptures verify that God gave Abraham and his descendants much more land than what is now called Israel.   In fact,  he gave them the land extending over much of what is now Syria, western Jordan, and the Sinai Peninsula and it was never called Palestine.

It was Isaac that Inherited the Land!

In Genesis 7:18-19, Abraham said to G-d,”Oh that Ishmael might live before You!” but in verse 19 G-d said, “No, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac. I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant and with his descendants after him.” Thus Ishmael, who in reality the father of Arabs, did not inherit the land.

Palestinians Textbooks Don’t Acknowledge Israel

hate the jewsMuch has been written to expose, or to defend, the Palestinian Authority’s new textbooks. Critics accuse the PA of misusing public funds from donor nations to support hate-education; of violating international legal norms with the virulence of that education; of inflicting catastrophic psychological damage on young children; and of preparing the next generation for more hatred, more terrorism, more war. Critics[i] acknowledge that the new textbooks are an improvement over their predecessors. But the books still contain misleading, inaccurate, biased, selective and distorted history; they contain confusing and inaccurate maps that show “Palestine” as all of Israel,[ii] with Israeli cities like Tel Aviv replaced by Arab towns; and they exclude almost all of Jewish history from discussion about the Middle East. This biased education seems to have the goal of raising a generation of Palestinian children who will strive to carry on the terror war if their parents do not achieve victory in their own lifetimes.
Classroom incitement has been thoroughly documented[vii], as has hate-teach and hate-preach on PA TV and radio, where Jews and Israelis are represented as demonic figures. And the need to wipe Israel off the map is a frequent theme in the eulogies of suicide bombers, martyrs whose deaths in terror attacks intending mass murder endear them to Allah. The goal seems to be to create a seething, raging population of young people far more interested in wiping Israel off the earth’s face than in achieving peaceful coexistence.[viii]
